PE jaw crusher is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, cement, construction, refractory materials and ceramics, etc., suitable for crushing hard ore and soft ore with compressive strength less than 320MPa. The machine can break the material into medium size and fine size.
Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, connecting rod, adjusting part, spring and so on.
When the belt and pulley are driven by the motor, the jaw plate moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw moves upward, the Angle between the jaw plate and the support becomes larger, thus pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed with the movement of the moving jaw.
When the movable jaw moves down, the Angle between the movable jaw and the support becomes smaller. Under the action of spring and connecting rod, the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, and the crushing material with qualified size is discharged from the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw will crush the material and discharge it from the lower discharge port, so as to achieve the purpose of mass production.
